Operations Coordinator (Freight Forwarding / Documentation / Days / East)

Job Scope

• Ability to handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection / delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
• Preparing and processing of shipments.
• Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers request.
• Maintain regular contact / rapport in understanding and forecasting customer's requirements.
• Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.

Requirement

• GCE O Level and above
• 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in related industry
• Experience in using Sysfreight will be an added advantage
