Duties & Responsibilities
. Support the adoption of new technology for team operations improvement activities.
. Assist with manpower and asset planning across various business functions and accounts.
. Help assess risks associated with different approaches to process changes.
. Review costs and benefits of current warehouse operations processes.
. Assist in developing and refining operational policies, standards, and procedures.
. Participate in project activities and communicate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, Facility, IT, and Operations).
. Support the development of supply chain solutions for clients under guidance.
. Contribute to the planning and implementation of innovative logistics solutions.
. Assist in process automation and technology enhancements.
. Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures within operations.
. Help track key milestones in technology projects.
. Assist in monitoring requirements and activities to meet stakeholder needs.
. Provide input for workflow analysis and suggest improvements.
. Help identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes.
. Support the evaluation of business process improvements for effectiveness.
. Stay updated on logistics technology trends and identify potential applications.
. Support all company certificate and license renewals, as well as the ISO audit program.
. Provide support to the Malaysia office for project implementation as needed.
Requirements:-
. Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
. At least 3 years of related experience in Supply Chain
. Experience on new project planning
. Strong knowledge in Supply Chain industry
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel (VBA), Power Point, Project Plan, Visio & PowerBI)
