An Operations Executive is responsible for managing and scheduling operations to ensure effective vessel operations across the fleet.

Operations Executive: This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Allocate and assign job orders to Cargo Officers.
Coordinate with agents, manage bunker supplies, and supervise terminal loadings promptly.

Schedule daily operations to guarantee smooth fleet management.
Stay in close communication with ship agencies to receive timely updates.
Assist in any additional tasks, projects, or duties as required.
