Job Description

  • Assist Operation Manager in various projects, coordinate, execute the general cleaning process and cleaning logistics
  • Perform Risk Assessment at site.
  • Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed timely.
  • Provide guidance and on Job Training to cleaners, ensure team member's skill and service competency are maintained.
  • Monitor manpower attendance and daily deployment planning
  • Record keeping of all equipment, stores, materials and PPE
  • Liaise with clients on their request and cascade to the relevant work crew
  • Conduct and take part in operations meetings to share and gather feedback related to operations/safety
  • Submission of work progress reports
  • Able to investigate and submit incident reports promptly
  • A responsible personnel who will ensure operations are carried out according to the required standard
  • Willing to take up any other duties as assigned by Manager as and when necessary
  • A strong leader who will hand on tasks together with the team to achieve quality service
