Responsibilities:

• General administrative tasks, primarily handling customer orders and coordinating product delivery schedules
• Coordinate with various offices in Shenzhen, Vietnam and Japan to handle the order
• Taking over administrative tasks from their foreign office(closing in May)

Requirements

• Min 2 years of working experience
• Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and Japanese to liaise with stakeholders

[Advantage]

• Experience as trade administration or logistics operation
