Key Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transport teams, and carriers to schedule timely deliveries and shipments.
- Collaborate with the Acceptance and Cargo Releasing teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, ensuring data is updated in the warehouse management system.
- Address inquiries from customers or internal teams regarding shipment statuses and delays.
- Provide timely updates on cargo readiness and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure all warehouse staff adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Monitor and report any incidents, damages, or irregularities during operations.
- Oversee and guide warehouse staff during export operations to meet deadlines and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a warehouse setting or in logistics experience in operating Management
- Strategic thinking ability, proven implementation results
- Experience in customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
