Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage customer interactions regarding forecasts, purchase orders, and shipment schedules (Asia Pacific, China, India), ensuring efficient execution of processes.
  • Collaborate closely with planners to guarantee timely product availability, aligning with customer demand and forecasts.
  • Oversee all aspects of new product SKUs, including artwork and customer complaints.
  • Plan and procure stock based on fresh demand and current inventory levels.
  • Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate shipments according to scheduled call-offs.
  • Work with the Quality Control team and vendors to resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports, including sales rebates, spending data and metrics.
  • Facilitate coordination among Accounts, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure seamless order delivery.
  • Utilize Pluto and SAP systems to generate sales and purchase contracts.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Logistics/Shipping
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
