Responsibilities:
. Collection management, operation and project management
. Implement service strategies and service improvement
. Conduct performance review including ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreement
. Team building and management
. Maintain strong and cordial relationship with all clients
. Customer sales and services advocacy
. Familiar with MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing : (OSPAR)
. System implementation, integration and management
. Any other ad hoc duties / projects assigned
Requirements:
. Candidate should possess at least a Degree in any discipline or relevant experience
. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
. Good presentation skills
. Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
. Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision
. Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
