. Hands-on involvement in overseeing the operational aspects of Plan B Media, an out-of home advertising company.
. Operations may include both internal and external resources
. The role will include selection of contractors and suppliers, and seeing the satisfactory provision of such services
. Day to day tasks will include monitoring of advertising assets
. Coordinate for content installations and proof of performance collaterals
. Set up regular routines and adhoc maintenance services with providers
. Project management of new asset builds during installation & commissioning
. Maintaining inventory of company assets and checks on inventory condition
. Updating and maintaining valid media asset licences, permits & insurance
. Liaison with building management for installation, ensuring contractor safety documents and certifications are in place
. First-response diagnosis and/or troubleshooting of breakdowns or other faults
. Liaision with digital content management systems (CMS) providers
. Procedures and practices should be implemented for ongoing management of the operations of the company
. Regular reviews to monitor progress and tackle issues arising
. Good communication and reporting including assisting budget planning
. The manager will participate in training, instruction and support with stakeholders
. Timely and accurate work is important, including managing deadlines and being aware of reporting requirements, both internal and to clients
. Coordination with Plan B Group resources, if/when needed
. Additional requirements which emerge as reasonable extensions of the role
