To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
Monitoring vessel movement with agent and via Portnet system
Liaise closely with customer, plant operator on order status and loading schedule
Planning and deployment of task to driver with ensuring the given KPI met and to control and maintain smooth operation throughout job supply till completion
Prioritize urgent request and ensure deliveries are made on time
Prepare and check all shipping documents processing via Portnet & Jurong Port online to ensure that they are complete and comply with customers requirement to ensure deliveries are fulfilled
Check and verify driver's and supply team trips form with deployment after job completion
Attend to customer's enquires relating to documents, e.g., delivery receipts / proof of delivery within lead time given
Ensure all drivers are aware of specific customer requirements and monitor GPS tracking system to keep track of the progress that drivers make along the assigned routes
Handles customer feedbacks, other administrative issues and perform any other duties as required by Transportation Manager
Incident / investigation report submission when there is a requirement

Able to handle fleet of Prime Movers and drivers
To standby / handle 24/7 duty phone (rotation) during operations
Job Requirements:
GCE A level or Diploma holder on Logistics / Supply Chain Management
At least 3 years relevant experience in 3rd party logistics, preferably in Traffic Planning & work force Planning & Allocations
Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent organizational abilities
Capable to work independently and complete daily work following timeline and given deadline with minimum supervision
Able to work under pressure during peak periods & willing to take responsibility and accountability of their role
Capable of identifying and suggesting improvements
Willing to work on 24/7 stand by to answer agent/client query on supply status
Is a team player as we work very closely with team members
Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Power point Presentation, Excel & Word
