Operations Executive

Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Japanese companies in the Logistics and Transportation industry. They are currently looking for an Operations Executive to join their Singapore team.

The Responsibilities:
. Handle operations and documentations for air/ ocean freight import/ export, permit declaration and transportation
. Liaise closely with carriers and vendors
. Ensure that all jobs are executed efficiently with accuracy in a timely manner, complying to the requirements of the customers
. Attend to email correspondence with customers & overseas agents
. Prepare billing invoices to customers and verify vendors invoices
. Any other adhoc duties assigned by management

The Requirements:
. Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
. Familiar with permit declaration
. Specialized in Freight Forwarding or the equivalent
. Familiar with Cago Wise
. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
. Positive working attitude
