Operations Executive

Job Description

• Represent ShopperPlus Singapore's brand and display thorough knowledge of the business's services when dealing with potential and existing customers
• Ensure ShopperPlus Singapore's operations run smoothly by coordinating between departments and clients
• Manage the overall standards of the merchandising and promoter service experience, as well as assist with administrative tasks as required
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day manpower schedule and operations
• Audit the service standards by conducting regular checks onsite
• Assist in the recruitment workflow for merchandising and/or promoter projects
• Create, manage and analyse operational reports for presentation to clients

Requirements

• At least a diploma qualification
• Singaporean or PR ONLY
• At least 2 years of experience
• Detailed, pro-active and have good time management
• Able to roll up the sleeves and walk the talk
• Able to travel island wide
• Able to work on weekends if the situation requires
