Since 1986, Synergraphic has created hundreds of features in glass and mixed media for projects in more than 15 countries, with landmark locations including St Regis Singapore, Partners Monument at Taipei 101 and the Crystal Pyramid in Brunei.

Who We Are Looking For

At this stage of our business we are looking to grow strategically, and are focused on seeking out individuals in every department of the company who are passionate, sharp, initiated and willing to take on challenges to help drive the business forward together as a team. We are now searching for a dynamic Operations Executive to manage daily operations, contribute to Synergraphic's growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative authority.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily operations by working with a cross-functional team. As someone overseeing the entire process, you will need to have big picture vision while maintaining an intimate knowledge of every department and various processes.

You will be responsible for ensuring production and project deadlines are met while maintaining quality control standards. You will also report to the CEO, helping to create policies, processes and strategies that help Synergraphic run efficiently and profitably.

The goal here is to mitigate operational errors on a daily basis to continue driving processes forward, building a strong foundation for Synergraphic to achieve greater growth for all.

Your Responsibilities Include

  1. Assist Senior Operations Manager in the daily operations and manpower planning to ensure smooth operations of the workplace
  2. Liaise with Clients/Suppliers/Sub-contractors and co-ordinate with project / retail teams to confirm and process orders
  3. Forecast, plan and schedule manpower and materials for measurement, production and installation works to meet project requirements and deadlines
  4. Update daily operations report
  5. Perform inventory control and monitor stock movement
  6. Prepare relevant documents including POs, quotations and claims
  7. Perform verifications of suppliers/sub-contractors billings
  8. Arrange incoming/outgoing documentations and schedules
  9. Assist the management in developing strategic long-term plans to achieve strategic goals and objectives
  10. Other ad-hoc assignments required

Technical Skills

  • Min. Diploma in any Manufacturing or Engineering discipline, or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Building Materials Industry
  • Use of all relevant Microsoft software
  • Experience with glazing materials and methods is preferred
  • Experience in directing and supervising production personnel

  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities
  • Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
