We're looking for a committed and independent individual to join our team.
You will be in charge of packing and dispatch of all online orders and managing warehouse inventory & attending to customer's emails
- Managing inventory, quality check and stock count.
Unpack cargo shipments weekly- Dispatching all online orders
Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
- Handle and resolve customers complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.- Handle and process customer's exchanges and returns efficiently.
Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
