Operations executive

We're looking for a committed and independent individual to join our team.

You will be in charge of packing and dispatch of all online orders and managing warehouse inventory & attending to customer's emails

• Managing inventory, quality check and stock count.
• Unpack cargo shipments weekly
• Dispatching all online orders
• Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
• Handle and resolve customers complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle and process customer's exchanges and returns efficiently.
• Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A strong interest in fashion
• Strong command of English
• Min Diploma preferred
• Basic Excel Skills required
• Able to work independently
• Minimum commitment of one year
• Female staff required to zip up clothes for female customers & content creators
• Only Singaporeans or PR
