Operations Executive (Tourism/Travel) (Up to $3,500) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Handle operations in the cruise division which includes planning and arranging ground transportation, hotel bookings, shore excursions and other related services.
• Assist with field work when cruise ships or guests are in town.
• Work over the weekends and during public holidays may be required when cruise ships or guests are in town.
• Assist with the planning of ground operations prior to ship / guests arrival.
• Manpower planning for staffing on the ground during field operations.
• Create new and unique tour programs.
• Provide invoices for accounting to close after each cruise assignment.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays when required
