Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Operations Executive located in Sin Ming Lanei. Our client is one-stop service provider for their loved one's healthcare needs and you will be responsible for optimizing driver schedules and routes, requiring strong familiarity with Singapore's roads and traffic patterns. Responsibilities include real-time trip monitoring, ensuring drivers are alerted for their first trips, and providing driver coverage, which necessitates valid BDVL and Class 3 licenses. Safety compliance is crucial, working closely with the Safety Officer to uphold company guidelines. Additionally, the position involves gathering driver feedback for HR, coordinating last-minute trip requests with the Sales team, and tracking outsourced services via Excel. Monitoring drivers with behavioral issues is also part of the role, along with maintaining accurate records and analyzing data to improve operational efficiency. Participation in training and development programs is expected to enhance job knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Diploma and above in any field
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic patterns.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
