Responsibilities
- Assist to manage comprehensive operations across multiple centres, ensuring maintenance and operational excellence that supports educational objectives.
- Assist in procurement initiatives for essential equipment and supplies, maintaining robust relationships with vendors to secure favourable terms and prices.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facilities, ensuring all furniture and equipment meet safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors for timely and effective completions of repairs and renovations.
- Serve as a contact for landlords, MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title), and government agencies regarding leasing and operational compliance.
- Liaise with relevant vendors for maintenance, stock replenishment and rates negotiation
- Assist in facility operations, including maintenance and security, ensuring alignment with safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute and brainstorm operational procedures and systems that reduce costs and improve service delivery.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations of the operations department
- Complete any adhoc task or projects assigned by the operations team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong operational skills and understanding of maintenance standards.
