Operations & Facilities Executive

Job Description

  • Oversee and maintain facilities at the club by collaborating with contractors and vendors in adherence to all rules and regulations.
  • Ensure preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance is completed to meet required standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and contractor performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Gather and consolidate user requirements for projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain proper administration and documentation to support all maintenance activities and projects.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, oversee necessary certifications and permits, and maintain records for all facilities.
  • Assist in the conduct of fire drills and tabletop exercises, ensure security and respond promptly to alarms and facility issues.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in Facilities Management would be added advantage.
  • Diploma in Facilities Management or related qualifications such as facilities, project management and construction management.
