About the role
We are looking for an Operations Intern to join the Operations team in our Singapore office for a period of up to 6 months to support the growing business.
As an Operations Intern, you can expect the following:
Training will be provided for you to understand the operations functions relating to asset management in crypto industry
Administration of crypto funds
Support fund accounting and reporting activities
Execution of funds related documents i.e. subscriptions and redemptions
Monitoring of fund performance and valuation
Liaise with external stakeholders including but not limited to Fund Administrators & Auditors
Client onboarding processing
Daily monitoring and reconciling fiat & crypto balances
Processing of fiat & crypto transactions & transfers
Support the team in managing crypto wallets
Ad-hoc tasks assigned
What we expect:
Penultimate year student majoring in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting & related field.
Self-motivated individual who is committed to high standard of deliverables with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Available from October 2024
Good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
