Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: F&B
Position Title: Operations Manager
- Working Location: Bukit Timah
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM-6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes and procedures are executed efficiently and effectively- Manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain activities to guarantee timely delivery of products and services
Conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities for operational improvements and staying informed about industry trends and best practices
- Analyze operational data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to build successful strategies and improve operational performance
Developing and refining operational policies, ensuring consistency across all activities, and creating compelling standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance productivity- Overseeing staff training and development, ensuring a high level of competency and morale within the team
Plan and execute projects, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and monitor expenditures and return on investment (ROI) for all activities
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Has 5-10 years of operations management experience (preferably in F&B) with a solid track record of leading operational activities and strategies
Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and operational best practices
