Works closely with the management on strategic business planning and operations.
Manage respective outlets and its operational and manpower planning (Work schedule, headcount, cost etc) to ensure Outlet Operation runs smoothly.
Manage cost controlling of ingredients, food purchasing activity of ingredients and equipment maintenance for the store. Ensure adequate stocks and supplies for daily sales.
Guide and train new staff (full-time, part-time, interns etc) Train and develop Trainee Manager / Outlet Manager candidate.
Educate and train staff to use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.
Monitor and be responsible for sales performance of respective outlets and drive sales to hit the target set by management.
Interview part/full timers when necessary.
New Outlets setup.
Check scheduling of manpower in the stores is in accordance to requirements stipulated by management,
Work with management on the manpower deployment and hiring needs of the stores, interviewing etc
Oversee the store managers on the management of the stores, ensuring that all SOPs are followed accordingly.
Work with the store managers on cash management and other store operations matters like platform deliveries, ensuring that all equipment is kept in operational ready conditions, adequate stocks for sales, pest controls check, adhere to strict food hygiene and regulatory standards by SFA and other regulatory bodies.
Oversee the training of new hires in accordance to training manuals
Ensure that all menus are updated in store and in all the delivery platforms if there are any changes.
Follow up with the replacement of all store equipment when needed, including POS system, mobile ordering system and self-ordering kiosk.
Work with Business Development and Marketing on the introduction of new/seasonal products and sales promotion etc
Work with Accounts department to ensure all sales takings and cash kept in stores are accounted for.
