Key Responsibilities:
. Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing coaching, guidance, and direction to ensure high levels of performance.
. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
. Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to the Operations director.
. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
. Maintain accurate records of operations, including schedules, budgets, and inventory levels.
. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
. Develop and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
. 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a supervisory role.
. Strong leadership and management skills.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
