Operations Manager (Construction Machinery)

Job Description:

. Developing and managing operational activities, including the monitoring of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) strategies, and overseeing manpower, financial and resource plans.

. Day to day repair and maintenance job arrangement and yard operation management.

. Manage cost, quality and schedule, as well as health, safety and environmental activities for the site.

. Maximise productivity within the maintenance environment through sound scheduling and planning.

. Supervision the office team and review the job card and overtime to ensure all jobs are recorded and billed accordingly.

. Review invoices, quotation and efficiency of workers in perform their repair works.

Requirements:

. Minimum 2-3 years experience in heavy machinery industry.

. Technically background of Heavy machineries.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
