Responsibilities:
a) Handling outlet's manpower including recruitment, training, discipline, counselling, and termination.
b) Overseeing daily operations.
c) Enforcement of Company's rules and regulations.
d) Maintaining and up keeping of outlets.
e) Plan and direct your team to ensure smooth operation of the outlet.
f) Solve all stall tenant and customer questions and complaints.
g) Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
h) Leasing of the Company's group of vacant stalls.
i) Planning and ensuring stall leasing SOP being duly performed.
j) Enforcement of company rules and regulations.
k) Liaising with statutory boards and landlords.
l) Analysis of sales figure.
m) Planning and implementation of advertisement and promotions activities.
n) Reviewing and improving of present Policy, Workflow, System and Structure in all the division and department in the Company (If any)
o) Training managers and staff.
p) Preparation or contributing to tender proposal on new ideals or concept.
q) Implementing good SOP for ground staff operations.
r) Focus on the overall company interest / income benefits/ lowering costing / bringing in more revenues etc.
s) Reporting discrepancies and problems to the top management.
t) Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
