Operations Manager

We are building a multi-chain decentralized liquid staking and stablecoin lending platform that supports liquid BNB, ETH, and a variety of LSTs as collateral.

Currently, as the largest provider of liquid staking and stablecoin lending on the BNB Smart Chain, the vision is to build a smart and simple DeFi Protocol while connecting both native legacy projects and emerging DeFi trends. The current goal is to become the number one liquid staking provider in DeFi, leveraging on simple and intuitive UI, smart product design and vibrant community building.

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. We are interested in candidates who have a passion for crypto and FinTech, coupled with experience in product operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Analyze performance data and metrics to continually refine and optimize growth strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Assist in market expansion plans and shape the strategy for launching new products while ensuring strong coordination with marketing and product teams.

Collaborate closely with the PMs to provide business requirement documents that drive product optimization.

Manage product go-to-market operations, effectively leveraging resources across technology.

Coordinate marketing activities, including developing new partnerships and organizing key events.

Requirements

2 years of experience in operations.

Superior organizational skills,with the ability to manage resource allocation, coordinate project schedules, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Excellent project and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Strong analytical skills,with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic

decision-making.

Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Cross-cultural inter personal skills: capable of building and managing strong relationships with team members, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese(Mandarin)is a plus.

An intermediate understanding of blockchain terminology and components is preferred; at minimum, knowledge of DeFi is preferred.
