- Overall, in-charge of the terminal operations to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Responsible for the department's resources and budget to meet the company's objectives.
- Display all-aspect service excellence by elevating the organisational behaviour, culture and thinking in service design, planning, execution and follow-up on operational matters.
- Create ideas to develop the annual and long-term business plans, forecast performance and develop business case for new projects and estimate financial and resources required to deliver performance targets.
- Monitor and evaluate operations on site are carried out in accordance with safety, health, environment and loss preventive policies, rules, regulations and according to company's standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of terminal operations experience in Oil & Gas/Chemical Process Plant.
- Strong knowledge in operational process, safety and product knowledge.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
