OPERATIONS MANAGER

. Maintain constant communication with Managers, Staff and Vendors to ensure proper operations of the company

. Develop implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.

. Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.

. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

. Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.

. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

. Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable

. Help project managers and engineers in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects

. Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements

. to meet project budgets through assessing and analyzing operational and financial risks that may be encountered in the execution of planned construction projects.

. Work with safety units in a bid to plan and manage safety programs for each project and make sure that all aspects of safety are reached

. Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company's relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership

. Convey project needs from the project manager to the management of the firm.

. Need to attend the toolbox meeting on daily basis early morning schedule.

. Need to visit the dormitories on time to time basis in order to supervise the safety of the worker an liase with them on their issues.

Required Skills and Qualification

. Strong IT skills including database development

. Good decision making skills and response to high pressure situations

. Excellent interpersonal communications and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.

. Vast knowledge in international construction markets.

. Knowlede about realestate markets around the world will be an added advantage.

Education Experience and Licensing Requirements

. Candidates must posses atleast a Bachelor's Degree

. Experience may be considered equivalent if ecperience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility.
