This role is in the APJ Strategy and Operations (S&O) team. We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to implement and drive programs and strategic initiatives across our business, working cross-functionally with our tax, legal, systems, product management, finance, go-to-market, operations and leadership teams across Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ).
This is the right role for someone with the drive to take ownership of complex tasks and projects, react effectively to dynamic challenges in a fast-paced, high intensity environment, and independently prioritize their activity to deliver the results that our globally expanding business needs. The right candidate will ideally also have an interest in Sales Operations, and willingness to learn Sales Operations and help manage Sales Ops initiative rollout.
You should be detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at determining the right path forward where there is ambiguity and frequent change. Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally are essential.
Key job responsibilities
- Perform business analysis on training initiatives (products/services, processes, systems and new regions) and manage roll outs of the initiatives in region to increase our capabilities of better serving customers
- Drive and manage rollout and changes to programs, including requirements gathering, testing, launch communications planning. Act as lead while partnering with stakeholders and systems teams to execute
- Act as region single point of contact to manage the rollout of global initiatives and adjust to local needs, with clear guidance to the field
- Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Infrastructure, Tax, Legal, Operations and Management teams to deliver initiatives/projects for the APJ T&C business
- Develop and communicate standard operating procedures, and monitor and enforce adherence to these across APJ
- Represent the needs of the APJ region to ensure implementation of global programs, systems, tools and mechanisms meet the needs of the region
- Identify areas of risk to the project scope or timeline, and escalate to program leadership in a timely manner
- Continuously look for opportunities to streamline, automate and improve the current programs and processes
- Suggest initiatives to support rapid business growth
About The Team
The Training & Certification S&O team is a strategic business enabling function, to optimize sales, operations, and partner programs across the APJ T&C business, to drive business growth and success. The team is responsible for the overall business strategy and sales operations, handling a wide range of operations tasks, such as sales performance insights, sales operations management, business reviews, operational planning, and specialized program and project management for large-scale initiatives aligned to business growth strategy, scale and field alignment.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of program or project management experience. Hands on experience rolling out strategic initiatives, process improvement and/or new products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent business writing and communications skills
- Strong accountability and problem solving capability
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- A proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects with the ability to deliver successfully to completion.
- International experience and/or experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in a similar project management role
