Operations Specialist, Marketing Science - 1 year Contract

Standard working days & hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Working location: Raffles place

Must be ablw to start work immediately!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Global Marketing Science activities and operations to secure efficiency andcompliance with company policies that includes contract management and paymentsprocessing.
• Own administrative tasks, ensuring team has adequate support to work efficiently.
• Support budgeting and expenses reporting.
• Coordinate meetings with different internal and external stakeholders, cross-team events andbusiness trips.
• Manage complex calendar.
• Project manage Marketing Science on-boarding initiatives.
• Plan and execute team offsites and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Possess great organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Has managed billing or procurement processes
• Any experience working across organizations that focus on measurement or research is a plus.
