Plan, organize and control project operations to ensure efficient delegation of duties and responsibilities
Ensure performance complies with specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, projects supervision, feed-back variation at site, as-built work done at site, and prepare reports
Liaise with client's representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
Ensure quality of works is achieved and authorities regulations are complied with
Implementation of cost, quality, productivity, safety and health control on site
Able to conduct site meeting, plan ahead and resolve ad-hoc issue raise at site.
