Job Requirements:
- Able to work on rotating shift which includes weekends and/or holidays
- Strong and dynamic team player
- Positive work attitude
- Possess valid Singapore class 3 driving license and/or PDVL, accident free, minimum 2 years driving experience (insurance requirements)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of work experience in similar role
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:
- Comply with company's plans and vision
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- New Staff onboarding (briefing on SOPs, employee handbook) - as and when hired
- Resolve problems and complaints
- Review and update on staff welfare
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Able to handle stress and work efficiently
- Maintain effective communication with team members and the management
- Ensures work environments are adequate and safe
- Incident reports - ensure proper process and filing
- Propose and implement staff evaluation
- Familiarise with best industry practices
- Familiarise with laws and regulations
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management
