. Overall in charge of transport Operations

. Responsible for running daily operations and keeping to daily operation schedule.

. Strong communication and team management skills, providing training and guidance as needed

. Analyze current operational processes and workflows identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment.

. Handle incident management which includes investigation and reporting

. Perform other duties or tasks as assigned
