Operations Supervisor

. Oversee daily activities of delivery planning, implementation and execution

. Ensure operations meet the expectations of clients

. Plan and provide relevant training for new workers

. Ensure policies and procedures are current and updated

. Manage complaints and follow up with service recovery

. Review processes and improve overall performances

. Establish positive, healthy and safe work environment

. Able to converse and write in Chinese to liasise with mandarin speaking vendor & customers

. Must be able to work night shift and splite shift

. Must be able to work extra hours if needed

. Ensure safe handling of goods.

. Observe Safe Work Procedures while delivering goods to Customers
