Optical Transport Network (OTN) Engineer

Our client is looking for an optical transport network (OTN) engineer for a global OTN infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation and daily operations of a global OTN infrastructure.
• Coordinate with service providers to troubleshoot fibre cuts and test new circuits.
• Liaise with device vendors to implement new deployments and troubleshoot device failures.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with major OTN devices such as Ciena, Nokia, Accelink, etc.
• Knowledge on optical transportation network (OTN) solution, architecture, service delivery and operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot various OTN issues.
