Job Scope
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce website which includes
Fulfilling customers orders; Receiving, putting away, picking, sorting, packing, and despatch of orders- Unpacking, stock count, sorting and arranging of new stocks / restocks into inventory
Processing of customer returns into inventory
- Updating all inflow / outflow of stock using our in house inventory management barcode system.
Monitoring product quantities and making sure products are restocked regularly Assisting in any other administrative tasks- Facilitating in daily operations affairs that involves logistics/inventory (eg. liasing with courier, photoshoots, steaming of apparel)
Requirements
- Strong computer skills and fast learner.
Min N/O Level
- Basic Excel Skills required
Able to work independently- High attention to detail and accuracy
Minimum commitment of 3 months, applicants who are able to commit for longer periods will be prioritized.
- Able to start work immediately.
