Order Fulfilment Specialist (Part-time/Full-time Options available)

Location: Singapore

Job Description:

We are looking for an Order Fulfilment Specialist to keep a close eye on order tracking and ensure that our stock meets all technical specifications and quality standards.

Part-time/full-time options can be discussed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor order tracking sheet to ensure orders will not be delayed.
• QC items in each order according to tech sheet and prepare necessary paperwork for installation.
• Preparation of order sheets, and assist Sales Support Specialist with scheduling/customer support when required.

Qualifications:

• Education: Does not matter to us.
• Experience: Proven experience in order tracking, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Language: Proficiency in English is required additional language skills are a plus.
• Personal Traits: Well organized with good communication skills.

Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,500 monthly, commensurates with experience and size of scope.
