About the Client:

Responsibilities:

This 12-month contract at Suntec Tower focuses on optimizing order processing, logistics, and customer service.

• Process customer orders using SAP, ensuring timely and accurate entry.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers to fulfill orders and resolve delays.
• Handle customer complaints, process refunds, and manage credit/debit notes.
• Monitor shipment status, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance.
• Compile and analyze performance reports, supporting continuous process improvements.

You are an experienced professional with a solid background in supply chain management, international trade, and order fulfillment.

Skills/Requirement:

• Strong experience in supply chain management and international trade processes.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office for data management tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and issue resolution.
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage high-volume order processing.
• Proactive problem solver with experience in logistics coordination and reporting.
