Job Descriptions:
- Enter customer orders into the system accurately and timely.
- Monitor order status to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Verify inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure product availability.
- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, changes, delays, or cancellations.
- Address any order-related issues such as discrepancies, returns, or special requests.
- Collaborate with the sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Generate and review order reports to track order fulfillment performance.
- Assist in resolving shipping issues, including arranging replacements or returns if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the order processing workflow.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma/ bachelor's degree holder
- 1-3 years in sales ordering processing, operations, or customer support
- Demonstrated skills in effectively dealing with people.
- Candidate without experience may apply as training will be provided.
