Parts of this role will require supporting across ByteDance, as well as TikTok. ByteDance is TikTok's parent company, whose mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
About the team
The Institute of Management Strategy is responsible for management research and improvement. Its scope includes organizational design, risk control, policies and processes optimization, information efficiency improvement, and other management initiatives based on the company's strategic needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance offline working policies through comprehensive data analysis, external research, and internal interviews.
- Ensure the effective implementation and execution of policies by collaborating with key stakeholders, utilizing data disclosure and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to clarify specific operational steps and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure the offline working experience, optimizing related policies and measures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in related field.
- Great critical thinking, strong data analytical skills and excellent communication skills are required.
- Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
