.Outdoor recruitment reach-out
. Work with HR Department in consolidating relevant documents for hiring of new joiners
. Preparation / Set up and attend of job fairs
. Implementation of initiatives in attracting potential candidates
. Attend to employee requests pertaining to human resources policy and project sites feedback.
. Actively conduct employees engagement and retention
. Prepare reports on recruitment and retention
. Achieve monthly recruitment requirement target set
. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements
. Conversant in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
. Proactive and Independent
. Able to Multi-Task, high degree of adaptability & thrive in a fast-paced environment
. Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
. Flexible hours
