The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, conducting site visits, and generating leads to promote and sell our services. This role requires a proactive individual with strong networking skills and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to potential customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.
Respond to sales inquiries generated by the marketing team promptly and professionally.
Schedule appointments with potential customers to conduct site visits, measurements, and gather relevant information for preparing accurate quotations.
Leverage existing networks, referrals, and personal contacts to self-generate leads and expand the customer base.
Develop and execute strategies to target new home owners through activities such as group buys, presentations, and other promotional events.
Proactively reach out to Interior Designers, Architects, and Property Agents to showcase our offerings and establish partnerships.
Research and identify newly TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) condos and reach out to Condo Management Committees, Architects, and Developers to secure product approvals.
Prepare and submit product proposals to condo MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title), architects, and developers, ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Accounting and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
