Location: Lakeside, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM
Off day: Sat, Sun and PH off

Salary: $2200 - $3000

Job Description:
. Processing of sales orders, delivery orders, and invoice
. Communicate and coordinate efficiently with colleagues.
. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support.
. Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
. Communicate efficiently with customers through various channels.
. Support the development of new and existing products
. Bookkeeping of customers transactions, complaints and all necessary records.
. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
. Other duties as assigned by management
. Identifying potential customers and gathering information about their needs and preferences.
. Visiting potential clients at their locations to present products or services, demonstrate features, and explain benefits.
. Establishing rapport and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each customer, highlighting how the product or service can solve their problems or meet their requirements.

Requirement:
. Min. O levels and above
. Ability to handle customers amicably and maintain professional customer service skills
. Meticulous and detail-oriented
. Proficient in MS Office application such as Word, Excel
. Class 3 Driving License
. Initiative and commitment to complete assigned task
. Possess proactiveness and willingness to learn
