Reporting to the Outlet Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operations
- Providing support to the Outlet Manager in ensuring the operations team works according to company SOPs and operational workflows.
- Supervise and provide guidance to licensees and cleaning contractors in achieving hygiene and housekeeping excellence according to NEA requirements.
- Be attentive to the maintenance and cleanliness of common areas.
- Perform daily visual checks on surroundings for any irregularities, non-compliances, issues that need to be rectified/ resolved.
- Actively perform checks on stalls to ensure there is no unauthorized increase of food prices within the outlet.
- Conduct irregular float checks on stalls cash registers against readings from Point of Sales (POS).
- Perform customer recovery pertaining to customers/ public's comments and feedback.
- Effectively communicate customers/ public's comments, feedback and incidents to relevant departments within duly shift hours.
- Perform daily headcount checks on contract cleaners according to the contract agreements.
- Provide administration support to the Outlet Manager in report writing.
- Responsible for ensuring licensees daily sales received, are correct and being bank in.
- Ensure cash handling procedures are compiled to at all times.
F&B (subject to coffeeshop outlets)
- Direct and manage retail stalls according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and supervise service staff on food handling, service conduct, and compliance to standards
- Required to prepare meals such as toast making and hot foods based on the company's SOPs
- Preparation of hot and cold beverages from scratch and premix
- Advice on operational needs and service consistency
- Manage retail/food stalls according to budget with responsibility in creating and executing plans to sustain profitability
- Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management
- Handle cashiering duties, customers complaints, and operational issues
- Other work scope as required by business needs
Qualifications:
- Preferably someone with a Diploma in F&B, supply chain or related courses
- Tech Savvy, hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues
- Ability to foster positive working relationships
Other Information:
- 6 days, 8 hours rotating shift (weekends/PH)
