Job Description

  • Oversee and perform the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations
  • Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations
  • Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve the outlet's goals
  • Discuss ideas with the Area Manager to achieve sales targets, assist Area Manager with the implementation of ideas and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales target
  • Ensure outlet compliance to all company and authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
  • Ensure outlet compliance to Company's regulations such as sales reporting, cash management, marketing displays and inventory controls
  • Train and retain outlet staff, provide feedback to the Area Manager on work performance and disciplinary issues
  • Monitor outlet staff and advise on disciplinary problems such as tardiness and non-adherence to the company's standards
  • Assist the Area Manager with recruitment and scheduling
  • Manage inventory levels and train staff with regard to ordering
  • Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers needs
  • Represent the company to address customer's complaints and feedback professionally in-store
  • Assist the Area Manager with regard to maintenance issues for respective outlets
