Packaging Assistant Category Manager

Responsibilities:

. Supports execution of relevant packaging projects for SEA under the guidance of the SEA Packaging Category Manager.

. Oversight of relevant packaging projects within SEA to ensure they are delivered as in accordance with market roadmaps.

. Identify any risks associated with delivering relevant packaging projects by leading resolution of critical issues impacting the projects and subsequently driving decisions to closure, escalating where appropriate.

. Support and report tracking, status and risks for relevant packaging projects

. Balancing cross-functional departments through partnering with key stakeholders that are working against the delivery of relevant packaging projects

. Ability to lead and influence project team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work tries to resolve any issues/challenges directly with team members and escalates to management if needed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in engineering, technical or packaging related discipline or minimum of 3 years in project management within the Food Service, QSR, Consumer Packaged Goods or Pharmaceutical industries.

. Minimum 3 years in packaging-related industry/discipline with demonstrated success in packaging.
