Roles & Responsibilities Mixing and matching colours to the customer's specifications
Ensuring that the paint is the correct consistency for the application method
Keeping track of inventory and restock as needed
Performing routine checks on paint mixtures to ensure quality control
Communicating with Operations team about ongoing activities and developments
Ensure cleanliness at work area and good maintenance of relevant paint equipment
Minimum 2 years experience as a paint mixer or in a related role
Able to communicate in basic English due to multi-nationalities in the team
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Meticulous and accurate in details
