Paralegal (Finance)

ABOUT THE COMPANY

I am working with a leading international law firm to hire for their Singapore office.

They are looking for a Paralegal to join their Finance team which does covers transactional finance and project finance matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide all rounded legal support to the Finance team
• Prepare and draft legal documents, compile bundles
• Conduct legal research as required
• Monitor deadlines, filing and database management
• Any other legal support as assigned.

KEY COMPETENCIES/ SKILL SETS

• Diploma in Law / Legal Studies or Degree in Law
• Ideally, some experience in a transactional practice area
• Highly organised, resourceful, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills
