KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document Drafting and Management: Draft, edit and organize legal documents, including resolutions, contracts and correspondence.
- Compliance Support: Assist in managing corporate compliance requirements across different jurisdictions, ensuring proper documentation for statutory filings and supporting internal compliance audits.
- Document Review: Conduct document reviews and manage contract repositories.
- Liaison with Departments: Collaborate closely with departments (within the company as well as subsidiaries and affiliates), to facilitate seamless communication on legal matters as well as act as a point of contact with external corporate secretarial service providers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Law or Legal Studies.
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate or law firm setting.
- Good understanding of corporate law and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documentation, including resolutions and simple agreements.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
