Job Description

Local E-Commerce and Renovation Company hiring part-time accounts, admin and HR executive

Working days & Hours:

  • Any 2 days in office 10am - 4pm
  • 1 day WFH, timing flexible, 5 hours

Job Scopes:

Admin:

  1. Filing and organising of Company's mails, letters and documents
  2. Maintain proper records of Company's assets and equipment
  3. Process and maintain proper records of Company's insurances

HR:

  1. Process and maintain proper records of employee's leave, MC
  2. Process and maintain proper records of employee's monthly claims
  3. Process and maintain proper records of employee's leave, MC

Accounts

  1. File and upload all invoices and payments to suppliers and vendors accordingly to XERO
  2. Tabulate and tally sales records with bank balances
  3. Issue invoices to customers where needed
  4. Process monthly payments including payroll
  5. Process and reconcile incoming stocks with POs / order list

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in accounting role
  • Diploma and above in Accounting
  • SG
  • Experience in XERO software
  • Experience in Company ERP software
